Maria Inês Tejo has been a lawyer at Paramount Legal since 2023, working mainly in the areas of Employment Law and Litigation. Maria Inês has been a member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 2021.
She advises several national and international clients, providing legal advice on the day-to-day questions of human resources departments, as well as contracts and dismissals.
Maria Inês has a master's degree in Labour Law from the Universidade Católica Portuguesa – Escola do Porto. She published her master's thesis on ‘From protagonists and managers to civil liability - on the subject of unlawful strikes and the civil liability of pickets and trade unions’ in the Yearbook Mestrado Faculdade Direito Volume 2 (2019), Coordinated by Raquel Carvalho and Catarina Santos Botelho.
