Leonor da Costa Segadães started working with Paramount Legal in 2026, advising clients mainly in the area of Employment Law. She has been registered as a lawyer with the Bar Association since 2024.
Leonor advises multiple national and international clients, particularly on matters relating to individual employment relationships. She provides ongoing legal support to human resources departments, as well as advice on hiring processes, working time arrangements, disciplinary proceedings, and both individual and collective dismissals.
She also offers legal support in employment litigation matters, as well as in issues related to equal pay.
Complimentarily, Leonor is also a Conflict Mediator certified by the Directorate-General for Justice Policy.
